Mangagic (the "Service") is an AI tool that turns story text into manga-style images. The Service is provided by Shenzhen Yingluo Technology Co., Ltd. (深圳市英落科技有限公司) ("Mangagic", "we", "us", or "our").

By creating an account, purchasing Sparks, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, and Refund Policy, which are incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service.

Mangagic helps you create manga-style images from story text, character notes, and reference material. Generation happens one image at a time: you review a low-cost draft before requesting the final image.

Professional workflows let you organize approved images into chapters, but the smallest billable unit is a single generation. Your works are private to your account by default.

We may update, add, or remove features, and we may set usage, rate, or capacity limits to keep the Service reliable and safe.

You are responsible for the accuracy of your registration details, for keeping your credentials secure, and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

You may not share, sell, or transfer your account, and you may not create accounts to evade suspensions, limits, or safety controls.

Sparks are prepaid digital credits used inside Mangagic to quote, reserve, and pay for generation actions. Sparks are non-transferable, have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, and are consumed when a generation action is performed.

Purchases are processed by Paddle.com, which acts as the Merchant of Record (authorized reseller) for the Service. Paddle handles payment collection and applicable sales tax/VAT, and the price shown at checkout includes any such taxes where required.

Refunds and Spark returns are governed by our Refund Policy. Prices, Spark pack sizes, and generation costs may change prospectively.

"Inputs" are the story text, prompts, character notes, and reference material you provide. "Outputs" are the images the Service generates for you. You must own or have the necessary rights and permissions for all Inputs.

You retain your rights in your Inputs. As between you and us, you own the Outputs you generate, to the extent allowed by law and by our image provider's terms, and subject to your compliance with these Terms and the Acceptable Use Policy.

You grant us a limited, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, process, transmit, and display your Inputs and Outputs solely to operate, secure, and support the Service.

Your use of the Service must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy. You are responsible for how you use Outputs. Outputs are AI-generated and may contain errors, inconsistencies, or unexpected elements; see our AI Content Disclosure.

We do not guarantee that Outputs are unique, free of third-party rights, or cleared for any particular commercial use. You are responsible for reviewing Outputs before relying on or publishing them.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for Sparks in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, suspected fraud or abuse, or to comply with law. On termination for breach, unused Sparks may be forfeited to the extent permitted by law.

We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted with a new effective date, and continued use after changes means you accept them. These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
