You keep your rights in what you write. Between you and us, you own the images you generate, to the extent the law and our image provider's terms allow. We can't guarantee an image is free of third-party rights, so review it before you publish. Details are in our Terms of Service.

No. Works are private to your account by default, and images are served through short-lived private links. There is no public gallery.

No. We do not use your private inputs or outputs to train foundation models.
